Return & Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges or store gift cards only for eligible items returned within 7 business days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
* Unworn and unwashed
* In their original condition
* Returned with all original packaging and tags attached
Please note that we do not offer refunds.
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
Step 1:
Email us at info@oasislync.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
If your requested exchange item is available, we’ll reserve it for you. If it’s out of stock, we’ll let you know when it’s expected to be restocked. If the item will not be restocked, you may choose another item or receive a store gift card for the value of your return.
Step 2:
We’ll email you with your return instructions and shipping details.
Step 3:
Package your item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Step 4:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your exchange or issue your store gift card within 7 business days.
Important
Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
