MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Can I change my order once it's been submitted?
Yes. But you must call us immediately after the order is placed in order to do this. We recommend calling within the first 5 hours of placing the order to make sure that the changes are made before the order is shipped.

2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

7. How do I apply a discount code to my order?
Discount codes can be applied on the very last page of your checkout process before you confirm your order. While we don't have active discount codes very often, we do advertise them when we do.

8. My product did not come with a label, why?

All our products are brand new, mostly with original labels. Some ex-chainstore product labels are removed, cut or blacked out in accordance with UK branding laws and the original chainstore's resale policy; to protect its intellectual rights and to prevent unauthorized store-returns.

9. What does ex-chainstore mean?

Ex-chainstore means that the clothing was originally made for a major UK high street chainstore who cancelled the order. The most common causes for cancellations are late delivery and over production. We carry products that were originally made for Marks & Spencer, BHS, Burton, Debenhams, Dorothy Perkins, John Lewis, Miss Selfridge, Monsoon, New Look, Next, Wallis and many more. Products are all brand new.
